Who designs the gdwn products?
All the gdwn products are designed by our founder Mandisa Morgan.
Where is gdwn made?
Our products are proudly designed and made in Canada.
Do you make custom hats?
Yes! gdwn offers the ability customize. To inquire about customization, email us here.
How do I know what size I am?
All sizes refers to the inner circumference of the hat. Measure the circumference of your head in inches to find out. If you are in between sizes, select the next one up. For example, if your measurement is 21.5”, select size Small. For all sizing measurements, see our size guide here.
Can I return my order?
You can return your regular priced items for a store credit or exchange, as long as they meet the requirements of our return policy. If you receive a defective or damaged item, please email us here. within 48 hours of receiving your order to arrange getting a replacement. Don’t forget to provide your order number. Sale items and custom orders are final sale. Please see the return policy here for more information.
SHIPPING
Do you ship to all countries?
At this time we only ship within Canada and to the USA. If you live in another country and would like to inquire about placing an order please email us here.
How long will it take to get my order?
Orders will be shipped within 10 business days of ordering. Once shipped a tracking number will be emailed to you to track your order. See more about our shipping policy here.
Which carrier do you use?
To ensure the most afford shipping rates we ship orders using Chit Chats an affiliate of Canada Post.
PAYMENT
Can I pay by e-Transfer?
Yes, you can! To pay by e-transfer please email us here with your order, and we will send you an invoice and payment details.
Can I pay using a credit card?
Of course! Accepted payment cards and methods can be found in the Footer (scroll to the bottom of the site).
Can I pay in my own currency?
Yes! Prices are shown in CAD by default, but are also available in USD which can be selected in the Footer (scroll to the bottom of the site).
